Ian is a qualified builder within London and prides himself on the wide range of services that his business can provide his clients. Ian’s experience has led to working with estate agents for maintenance projects, to homeowners for renovation works including extensions, refurbishments and large scale building projects. With an extensive network and a highly skilled team, projects are delivered to agreed specifications and timescales. Ian can offer his expertise to manage client projects from start to finish including quotations, projects management, quality checks and budget control.

Michael is a highly skilled member of the Direct Response Building Maintenance Ltd team, with a firm grasp of building, maintenance and construction. Michael has in depth experience as a Project Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the construction and supply chain industry. He is skilled and trained in workplace safety, project management, budgeting, cash flow management, process improvement and customer service.

Experienced administrator and manager of all compliance, project finances and office management to ensure the successful delivery of client services. Responsible for inbound and outbound calls,liaising with clients on a regular basis. Charimaine is also the responsible for queries and complaints management.
